Awareness Through Movement (60 min, 25 €)
In an Awareness Through Movement lesson, I guide participants through movement sequences to enhance their awareness of individual movement patterns and their interconnections. These movements are performed gently and at each participant’s individual pace, enabling everyone to explore and discover their unique ways of moving. This exploration fosters a meaningful and transformative learning experience. This exploration helps improve self-perception and somatic awareness related to nervous system functions. A key aspect of the Feldenkrais Method is its connection to functional movements in daily life, such as walking efficiently, lifting safely, and improving posture. Classes typically last 60 minutes and may involve walking, standing, sitting, or lying on the floor in comfortable positions. Many participants are surprised by the quick and evident changes they notice through the neuromuscular repatterning in an Awareness Through Movement lesson.
